<li>Represented two classes of dairy farmers in antitrust actions against Dairy Farmers of America, Dean Foods and a number of other defendants. These matters resulted in settlements that provided a substantial monetary recovery for the dairy farmers, as well as significant reforms to milk marketing practices.</li>
<li>Represented a credit union in connection with putative class action and negotiated a favorable settlement.</li>
<li>Represents tobacco companies in nationwide arbitrations with 46 states over a disputed $1.2 billion adjustment to payments under the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement.</li>
<li>Represents tobacco companies in connection with commercial and regulatory matters and in disputes arising under various settlement agreements with states and territories.</li>
<li>Represented a manufacturer of heavy machinery in connection with commercial disputes, including antitrust, breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, and other matters.</li>
<li>Member of a team that secured settlements on behalf of an individual and a civil rights organization in a housing discrimination matter.</li>
