Aaron O’Brien assists clients with a variety of legal matters, focusing primarily on corporate and commercial law transactions. He also has experience assisting with discreet intellectual property and environmental law matters.
Aaron has assisted public and private companies with a wide range of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, private placements, corporate formation and restructuring, governance matters, contract drafting and negotiation.
Through his association with the firm, Aaron has counseled non-profit organizations, helping to establish policies, procedures and agreements relating to operations and other day-to-day affairs. In addition to his work with Baker Hostetler, Aaron is actively involved in a variety of civic organizations and efforts targeted towards educational and economic development.
