Alastair J. Gamble

Alastair Gamble practices in the area of employment and labor law, with a focus on litigation. He has experience representing clients in a variety of employment matters, including wage and hour claims, discrimination and harassment claims and unfair competition claims.

Mr. Gamble represents a variety of clients across a broad range of industries and has handled matters involving unionized and nonunionized employees. Mr. Gamble also counsels employers on all aspects of federal and state employment law.

Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Mr. Gamble served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Andrew D. Hurwitz of the Arizona Supreme Court and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael Daly Hawkins of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Gamble is a member of the American Bar Association (Section of Labor and Employment Law).
