Reminder of February 1 Deadline for Posting OSHA 300A Summary

If your company employed more than ten employees during all of the last calendar year and your business is not exempt because of being classified in certain low-hazard industries, please be aware of the following OSHA requirement:

February 1, 2012 is the deadline for posting a 2011 OSHA 300A annual summary of workplace injuries and illnesses.

OSHA's Injury and Illness Recordkeeping webpage has a version of the 300A summary that you may print and use, as well as a description of the applicable regulations and a summary of employers who are exempt from these posting requirements.
