Alexis Osburn focuses her practice on creditors’ rights, business restructuring and commercial litigation. She has experience representing clients on a broad range of matters, including avoidance and fraudulent transfer actions, cash collateral disputes, workouts and corporate fiduciary litigation. Ms. Osburn also has experience advising clients on asset sales, security interests and other state law Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) matters.
While in law school, Ms. Osburn served as Research Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review and as a member of the Cleveland-Marshall Moot Court Board of Governors. Her note, “Immunizing Against Addiction: The Argument for Incorporating Emerging Anti-Addiction Vaccines into Existing Compulsory Immunization Statutes,” received the award for Best Note and was published in the Cleveland State Law Review.
Ms. Osburn currently serves on the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Curriculum Advisory Group. She is also a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations.
