A. Mackenna Mosier

Mackenna Mosier is responsible for a variety of litigation matters in connection with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the SIPA Trustee, Irving Picard, in the liquidation of the estate of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC. She focuses on the investigation and litigation of international banks and feeder funds for the return of assets to the debtor estate.

Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Ms. Mosier worked on international litigation and corporate matters, including summers at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Yugoslavia in The Hague, the Netherlands, and the leading corporate law firm in Tokyo, Japan.

In law school Ms. Mosier worked with an independent research company to publish Toes in the Water: Nonprofit Community Development Real-Estate and Mortgage Brokerage Programs, a National Housing Institute report identifying obstacles and potential for promoting home ownership.

Ms. Mosier is a member of the American and New York State Bar Associations, as well as the New York City Bar.
