Amy has extensive experience in general corporate and business matters. She is experienced in representing both public and private companies in connection with negotiating and structuring mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, sales of businesses and assets, various forms of financing arrangements and other transactions.
Amy has gained extensive experience in securities matters. She has been involved in the preparation and filing of registration statements in connection with debt and equity offerings and merger transactions under the Securities Act of 1933. In addition, she advises companies with respect to reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, proxy statement and annual meeting requirements, Section 16 matters and press releases.
Amy is a Securities, Opinion and Audit Letter Review Partner of the firm and is a member of the Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations.
