Analiese Tremaglio’s practice involves a variety of litigation matters in connection with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed Trustee under SIPA in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Ms. Tremaglio worked on a variety of litigation matters, including a $500 million contract dispute between real estate development partners, a patent dispute and a potential class action suit involving the banking industry.
During law school, Ms. Tremaglio was a member of the 2008 2L Summer Honors Program at the Atlanta Regional Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission. She was also the recipient of the Law Fellows scholarship and served as the Business Editor of the Journal of Law and Health.
Ms. Tremaglio is a member of the American, Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. She also volunteers for the Thea Bowman Center, a non-profit charity dedicated to serving the people of Mount Pleasant, the poorest neighborhood in the Cleveland area.
