Andrew Geronimo’s practice involves a variety of litigation matters in connection with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed Trustee to the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
During law school, Mr. Geronimo was a founding member and Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law, Technology & the Internet. Mr. Geronimo was also awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for his student note in the Copyright in the Digital Millennium Seminar.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Mr. Geronimo worked as an extern with the Federal Public Defender for the Northern District of Ohio in both the Capital Habeas and Litigation Units; he also served as a Law Clerk and Staff Attorney for the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, where his practice focused on investigating and prosecuting attorneys accused of ethical misconduct.
Mr. Geronimo is a member of the Certified Grievance Committee and the Bar Admissions Committee of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
