Andrew Schlueter works on a variety of litigation matters related to Baker Hostetler’s representation of the court-appointed trustee in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC under the Securities Investor Protection Act.
While in law school, Mr. Schlueter received the 2010 Marvin and Sue Sicherman Excellence in Bankruptcy Award from the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section.
Mr. Schlueter is a member of the American (Litigation Section), Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations.
