Andrew Johnson is responsible for a variety of matters with a focus on employment and labor law and litigation. He currently serves as acting general counsel to a Cleveland-based manufacturing company.
During law school, Mr. Johnson was active in the University of Virginia School of Law’s Employment and Labor Law Association. He served as the director of the Law Student Advocacy Project, which gave law students the opportunity to represent state workers in disciplinary grievance hearings before a state hearing officer. He conducted training sessions on effective advocacy, conducted intake interviews with prospective clients, and supervised cases. He also worked as a summer law clerk with a regional office of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
