Andrew Layden is responsible for handling a variety of matters in the firm’s business practice group, primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, financial restructuring, insolvency and debtors’ and creditors’ rights.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Andrew served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Caryl E. Delano, Bankruptcy Judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Florida.
During law school, Andrew served as an Articles Editor for the Florida Law Review. He also worked as a federal judicial extern for the Honorable Maurice Paul, Senior Judge for the United States District Court, Northern District of Florida.
Andrew is a member of Business Law Section of the Florida Bar and the Central Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association.
