Orlando partner Elizabeth A. Green was mentioned in a September 20, 2010, column within the AmLaw Daily electronic newsletter. In a top story titled, “The Bankruptcy Files: Hotels, Restaurants, Real Estate, and Timeshares,” Green is identified as lead counsel to firm client Island One in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy case. “Orlando-based timeshare owner and operator Island One and five of its affiliates filed for bankruptcy on September 10, citing declining property values and falling sales,” the column noted.

At Baker Hostetler, Green practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights and has represented corporate debtors and secured creditors, unsecured creditors, committees, bondholders and trustees in bankruptcy cases of corporate and individual debtors.
