John Carney, the Michael Kenwood Capital Management Receiver, filed a motion with the Bankruptcy Court asking that the Chapter 11 case filed by Highview be dismissed. In response to the Motion, Highview consented to the relief requested by the Receiver. Highview is a cog in the Ponzi scheme involving Michael Kenwood Capital Management.
