New York attorney Daniel Biegelman co-authored a recently published book, "Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Compliance Guidebook: Protecting Your Organization from Bribery and Corruption." Baker Hostetler Of Counsel Michael Oxley, former Congressman and Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, and co-author of the landmark Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, also wrote a review of the book, noting, "This book is a must for lawyers and any corporation that deals with global commerce."
