David G. Holcombe, partner-in-charge of Baker Hostetler’s Cincinnati office, was named a 2011 Client Service All-Star by BTI Consulting Group, Inc. (Wellesley, MA). Holcombe also was quoted in an article that appeared in Law360 on February 15, 2011, titled, “In-House Counsel Name Favorite Employment Lawyers”.
According to the article, the 2011 BTI Client Service All-Stars report lists 318 attorneys nominated by corporate counsel for their outstanding client service, 26 of whom are employment attorneys.
Law360 spoke with several of honorees, who attributed the recognition to having a focus on their client’s business issues and being available when needed.
“There are still some lawyers out there running around that think it is about the lawyer,” said Holcombe. “It’s not, it’s about the client.”
