Ashley Budd is involved in a variety of litigation, investigatory and bankruptcy matters in connection with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed Trustee under SIPA in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Budd worked for R. Benton Gray & Company and Paul Corrado Attorney at Law, where she assisted in the representation of employment plaintiffs. She also served as an extern for the Honorable Judge Peter C. Economus in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Ms. Budd is a member of the American, Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations.
