Cleveland partners Steven A. Eisenberg, Emanuel J. Cotronakis and Christopher J. Swift attended "Health Care Heroes," an event hosted by Crain's Cleveland Business on Thursday, August 21, 2008, at the Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Center.
Baker Hostetler was one of the sponsors of this event where the good work of Northeast Ohio nurses, doctors, volunteers and healthcare professionals was praised and celebrated. Nearly 400 attended. Eisenberg presented awards to Dr. Raymond P. Onders, University Hospitals Case Medical Center and Synapse Biomedical Ltd., in the category, Advancements in health care.
Swift, National Co-Leader of the firm's Healthcare Practice, said, "The foundation of Cleveland's economic future is in our innovative healthcare industry. Crain's received 165 nominations for the awards, which were broken into seven categories. The entries were judged by an independent panel of judges representing the healthcare community.
