Bik Cheema focuses his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, debtors’ and creditors’ rights, corporate, financial restructuring and insolvency. Mr. Cheema represents debtors, secured and unsecured creditors in chapter 11. He has also worked on commercial litigation matters, mergers and acquisitions and bond offerings.

Mr. Cheema is currently managing the process respecting objections filed to the Trustee’s claims determinations in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
