New York partner Fernando A. Bohorquez, Jr. was a recent panelist on the topic of eDiscovery at the Hispanic National Bar Association's Annual Convention, held Friday, September 4, 2009, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The program, "E-Discovery: Trends and Developments Two Years After the New Rules," was moderated by Vince Catanzaro, Discovery Legal Counsel at DuPont.
Mr. Bohorquez serves on Baker Hostetler's Ediscovery Litigation Support Committee and routinely represents clients in federal and state court on ediscovery matters. Mr. Bohorquez is also on the firm's Diversity Committee, and is an active member of the Latino legal community. He has served as Co-Chair of the HNBA's New York Chapter's General Counsel Committee and on the HNBA's Youth Outreach Committee. He currently sits on the Board of Latino Justice PRLDEF and has been honored by New York Law School’s Latino Law Student Association for his contributions to the Latino legal community. The Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) is an incorporated, not-for-profit, national membership organization that represents the interests of the more than 100,000 Hispanic attorneys, judges, law professors, legal assistants, and law students in the United States and its territories.
