Brandon Kepple counsels clients on an ongoing basis in connection with a wide range of business-related issues and corporate matters.
Mr. Kepple has experience representing both privately held and public companies in planning, structuring, negotiating and completing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations and corporate restructurings. In addition, he has experience in negotiating and drafting various corporate and commercial contracts; commercial financing; commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions; corporate governance; formation/dissolution of business entities; licensing agreements; venture capital transactions; joint venture transactions and equity financings.
Mr. Kepple is a member of the American Bar Association. While in law school, Mr. Kepple was a staff member of The Ohio State Law Review.
