Brandon T. Crossland

Brandon Crossland focuses his practice in complex commercial and construction litigation. Brandon represents homeowners, general contractors, suppliers and design professionals who are involved in all aspects of the construction process. He also represents individuals and corporate entities in a variety of business-related and contractual disputes.

Brandon received his J.D. from the Stetson University College of Law with his Certificate of Concentration in Advocacy. While at Stetson, Brandon worked as a federal judicial intern for the Honorable Susan Bucklew in the Middle District of Florida. He received the Victor O. Wehle award in recognition of being the top trial advocacy student in his section. Brandon also competed in two national moot court tournaments, making the semi-finals in one and being recognized as one of the top five oralists in the nation in the other.

While attending the University of Florida, Brandon was an active member in Florida Blue Key, Florida's most prestigious leadership honorary. He was also inducted into the Order of Omega for his academic success and leadership skills.

After graduating from Stetson, Brandon became an associate with Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell. Brandon joined Baker Hostetler in August 2008 as an associate in the Orlando commercial litigation group. He is a member of The Florida Bar and Orange County Bar Associations, including the Young Lawyers Section.
