Cleveland Partner Maureen Brennan will participate in a panel discussion hosted by the Program on Law, Environment and Economy at the University of Pennsylvania Law School on September 25, 2009. 

The panel, "Can Government Be Green?," will focus on the impact of the stimulus money on fostering environmental protection. The panel discussions have been planned to stimulate a lively and informed debate on issues related to whether or not it is possible for the government to simultaneously promote economic development and environmental progress and protection.
