WEBINAR: Long-Term Strategic Implications of Health Care Reform on the LTC Industry (LINK TO RECORDED WEBINAR)

On July 22, 2010, Baker Hostetler and Neace Lukens, the 28th largest insurance broker in the United States, hosted a webinar, "Long-Term Strategic Implications of Health Care Reform on the LTC Industry," which addressed the long-term strategic implications of Health Care Reform on the LTC industry, both as an employer, but primarily as a provider.

Baker Hostetler's multi-disciplinary task force has been working diligently since early 2009 monitoring and advising clients on myriad issues emanating from the proposed and recently enacted legislative reform.

Scott Heiser, a Partner and President of Employee Benefits at Neace Lukens hosted and moderated the program, which included Baker Hostetler attorneys:

  • Steve Eisenberg, a Partner whose emphasis is on counseling clients in the healthcare industry 
  • Tom Kahle, Co-Leader of the firm's national Healthcare Industry practice
