Mid-Level Associate Training


During an associate's third and fourth year, we conduct an extended program in conjunction with our practice group retreats. This advanced training focuses on the practice group and the industries our lawyers serve.

Over the past several years we have continued to build our training and development programs into an overall, integrated system. Practice group retreats, orientation programs, practice development programs and Practicing Law Institute programs, along with internal and external seminars and individual lawyer development plans, all contribute to our overall goal of providing our lawyers with ongoing opportunities for professional and personal development.

The mid-level associate training is an important component of our training program because of the extensive amount of substantive practice group instruction being offered to our lawyers.
