Christina M. Bushnell

Christina Bushnell currently is involved in a variety of litigation, investigatory and bankruptcy matters in connection with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed Trustee under the Securities Investment Protection Act (SIPA) in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.

During law school, Ms. Bushnell was a member of the Cleveland State Law Review where she served as Executive Editor. She was the recipient of the Max Ratner Endowed Law Student Tuition Assistance Scholarship, the Tammy Burkhardt Memorial Scholarship, the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association Bar Review Scholarship and she earned the CALI Award of Excellence in Corporations.

Prior to law school, Ms. Bushnell was a paralegal at a large multinational law firm. Her more than nine years of experience included assisting with cases involving complex commercial litigation in state and federal court, as well as domestic and international arbitrations. She was involved in matters from the initial investigatory stage through the appellate process.

Ms. Bushnell’s presentations and publications include:
