Chris Stanek focuses his practice in the area of corporate law. He has assisted public companies, private companies and private equity firms on a wide range of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, tender offers, private placements, the formation and dissolution of business entities, commercial financings and corporate governance. In addition, Mr. Stanek assists clients with a variety of day-to-day business-related issues and has experience assisting clients with trademark litigation.
Mr. Stanek has counseled clients in the energy, healthcare, automotive, consumer products, real estate and aerospace industries, among others.
Mr. Stanek is also active in the firm’s tutoring program in the Cleveland public schools. During law school, Mr. Stanek was a Moritz scholarship recipient and served as a staff member and associate editor for the Ohio State Law Journal.
