The article noted that the addition of Mancino and Kirsch brings the total number of attorneys in the firm's Cincinnati office to 16—a 33 percent increase since March 2009. "These two are very sophisticated lawyers," said Dave Holcombe, Partner-in-Charge of Baker's Cincinnati office. "They're going to do very well in our national platform."
Noting the reasons for the move to Baker, Kirsch said, "Compensation was not the driving factor in our decision. This is driven by the platform opportunity, the ability to go to the only nationwide law firm that has an office in Cincinnati."
