Crystal Pack assists clients in a variety of commercial and healthcare business transactions and related matters. Her practice has been concentrated in the field of real estate transactions, where she has represented both publicly and privately held healthcare companies. She is responsible for negotiating transactions for large commercial healthcare real estate portfolios across the country.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Ms. Pack worked as an associate at a civil litigation firm, where she assisted in defending forensic laboratories in civil litigation and in providing legal consultation on laboratory compliance issues. Ms. Pack also has experience in defending and providing advice to clients on a variety of employment law matters.
While in law school, Ms. Pack was a Senior Articles Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law. She also served as a judicial intern in the 14th Court of Appeals in Houston, Texas.
