Dana Rountree Andrassy
Dana Andrassy's practice focuses largely on tax and business planning for privately held businesses including S corporations, C corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. She works with clients in planning, structuring and executing a variety of transactions including the formation, acquisition, restructuring/recapitalization and disposition of business entities. She also acts as tax counsel on a variety of private equity transactions, public securities offerings, REIT transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Andrassy is a member of the American, Ohio and South Carolina Bar Associations.
