Daniela Ronchetti practices estate planning, tax and non-profit law. She advises clients on various estate planning matters, including the structuring and drafting of wills and trusts, as well as estate and trust administration matters. Ms. Ronchetti also works with non-profit organizations, assisting them with obtaining tax-exempt status and counseling them on corporate governance and compliance issues.
Prior to joining BakerHostetler, Ms. Ronchetti served as a law clerk for Justice Alex J. Martinez of the Colorado Supreme Court. While in law school, Ms. Ronchetti was a member of the University of Colorado Law Review and published an article on the application of the Colorado Consumer Protection Act to attorneys.
Ms. Ronchetti also has a law degree from the Charles University in the Czech Republic. Before moving to Denver, she practiced banking and corporate law for CMS Cameron McKenna, one of the leading British law firms.
Ms. Ronchetti is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.
