Darby C. Allen

Darby Allen focuses her practice on providing legal services to the healthcare industry. Her practice is concentrated on the issues of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, coverage and overpayment disputes. She also assists with healthcare regulatory, compliance and enforcement matters. Ms. Allen has also assisted in healthcare institution transactions, including hospitals and nursing homes.

During law school, Ms. Allen served on the Executive Board of the Houston Journal of Health Law and Policy and was Business Development Editor. In addition, she was an officer of the Health Law Organization and a member of the Order of the Barons.
