David Choi works on a variety of litigation matters in connection with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed Trustee under SIPA in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Mr. Choi was an associate at a boutique firm in New York City where he handled various real estate and complex litigation matters. Mr. Choi was also a summer associate at two corporate law firms in Seoul, Korea, and a summer clerk for the Honorable Mark Falk, U.S.M.J. of the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.
While attending law school, Mr. Choi was the recipient of a Dean’s Scholarship Award and served as an Associate Editor and Contributing Editor for the Michigan Journal of International Law.
