David Martin currently works on a variety of litigation matters in connection with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed Trustee under the Securities Investor Protection Act (SIPA) in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, David performed discovery work as a contract attorney in large pharmaceutical patent and mortgage-backed securities litigation.
