David Oigarden practices in the real estate area with an emphasis on the condominium, resort and hospitality industries. As a member of the firm’s Hospitality Industry Team, he works on matters such as condominium formation, fractional ownership plans, private residence clubs, hotel acquisitions and conversions, state and federal filings, and advertising. He counsels clients on compliance with state regulatory requirements in the registration, sale, and marketing of resort development projects.

David is a regular contributor to BakerHostetler’s HospitalityLawg blog, which offers commentary and opinions on hospitality industry issues, trends, challenges, and news.
