David Rice works on a variety of litigation matters in connection with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed Trustee under the Securities Investor Protection Act (SIPA) in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
Prior to entering law school, Mr. Rice worked as a project analyst for a full-service law firm in Boston and also worked as a private equity associate for an investment management firm.
During law school, Mr. Rice was a judicial intern for the Honorable Paul G. Feinman of the New York State Supreme Court and worked for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office.
