Deanna M. Campbell
Deanna M. Campbell practices in the firm's business group with a principal focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities law and general corporate law matters. She has broad experience advising both privately held and public companies in a range of transactions, including cash and stock mergers, asset purchases and sales, initial public offerings, private placement of debt and equity securities and venture capital investment transactions.
Ms. Campbell works with several of the firm's publicly held clients, assisting on corporate governance and securities law compliance issues such as public disclosure, periodic reporting and the preparation of proxy materials. She also has experience in negotiating and drafting various corporate and commercial contracts, including commercial leases, and counsels clients in connection with a wide range of day-to-day, business-related issues.
Ms. Campbell is a member of the American and Ohio Bar Associations. While in law school, Ms. Campbell was a member of The Case Western Reserve Law Review.
