Diane D. Wilcox has worked primarily in the area of employee benefits, including the tax qualification of plans and general ERISA issues.
Ms. Wilcox, prior to joining Baker Hostetler, was in-house counsel to Omega Pensions, Inc., a pension administration and consulting firm. Before that, she was an associate at Duvin, Cahn & Barnard in Cleveland, and at Smith & Schnacke in Dayton, Ohio.
Ms. Wilcox is a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Bar Associations.
