Dominic Gentile’s practice is focused on a variety of litigation and investigatory matters related to the firm’s role as counsel to the court-appointed trustee in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Mr. Gentile served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nicholas Tsoucalas at the United States Court of International Trade. Mr. Gentile’s prior work experience also includes a career as a Captain in the New York City Police Department.
During law school, Mr. Gentile was a recipient of the Mayor’s Law School Scholarship and served as a staff member of the Fordham Environmental Law Review where he published a note discussing the tension between decisions of the World Trade Organization and international efforts at environmental protection.
