Dominic Lloyd is a member of the firm’s Business Group and is resident in the Denver office. He focuses his practice on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate work. In the corporate finance area, Mr. Lloyd has represented issuers and financial investors in connection with senior and mezzanine debt financings and equity capital transactions for companies at all stages of development. Mr. Lloyd has also been actively involved in representing European investors and companies in connection with venture financings and general corporate matters. He has extensive experience representing sellers and financial and strategic buyers in middle market mergers, leveraged buyouts and stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Lloyd has also advised clients concerning the formation of private equity, real estate and oil and gas investment funds.
In connection with his corporate practice, Mr. Lloyd counsels clients with respect to both corporate governance and general corporate matters. He advises clients with respect to joint ventures, joint marketing agreements, product development agreements and other strategic alliances. He has represented clients in the software, e-commerce, medical device, oil and gas and financial services industries. Mr. Lloyd is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. He is immediate past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Denver Botanic Gardens and formerly a member of the Board of Silicon Flatirons Telecommunications Program and of the Colorado State Fair Board of Trustees.
