Dustin Frazier focuses his practice in a variety of business and tax matters, including acquisitions and dispositions of assets, employee benefits, regulatory compliance and corporate tax planning. Mr. Frazier’s educational and professional background have developed his innovative approach to problem solving.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Frazier was an auditor for a Big Four accounting firm, where he worked in several industries including banking, private equity and broker-dealer services. In those industries, Mr. Frazier worked on various financial matters, including transactional due diligence, annual audits and financial restatements.
While attending Case Western Reserve University, Mr. Frazier was the Executive Articles Editor for the Health-Matrix Journal of Law-Medicine.
