Elizabeth McCurrach counsels clients in a variety of litigation and business matters. Ms. McCurrach currently works on a variety of litigation matters in connection with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed Trustee under SIPA in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Ms. McCurrach was a corporate associate with a major New York law firm. During her tenure, Ms. McCurrach assisted publicly and privately held companies on a variety of U.S. and international transactional matters, including private equity investment, SEC compliance issues, ERISA and corporate governance. While in law school at the University of Michigan, Ms. McCurrach was a Glenn Peters Scholar and a member of the Business Law Association and the Family Law Project.
Ms. McCurrach is an active member of the New York State Bar Association. Within the New York City community, Ms. McCurrach is involved with the New York Road Runners and the Catholic Charities Junior Board.
