Elizabeth Riotte focuses her practice in the areas of securities law, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters. She has experience representing public and private companies in a variety of transactions, equity offerings, cash and stock mergers and asset purchases and sales.
Ms. Riotte also has experience counseling public companies on corporate governance and securities law compliance issues, such as public disclosure and periodic reporting, proxy solicitations, shareholder proposals and transactions in issuer securities by officers and directors.
During law school, Ms. Riotte served as Editor in Chief of the Case Western Reserve Law Review.
