Elizabeth Hensen focuses her practice on corporate and healthcare law and works on a variety of regulatory and transactional issues.
During law school, Elizabeth completed an internship with the health law division at the corporate headquarters of a major national pharmacy chain where she dealt with medical and pharmacy regulatory issues. Elizabeth also spent a year working for the in-house counsel of a leading pediatric hospital, where she gained significant experience with hospital and healthcare legal and compliance issues. Her areas of experience include HIPAA/HITECH, Stark law, Anti-Kickback laws, medical and nursing practice acts and non-profit matters.
Elizabeth is a member of the American, Illinois and Chicago Bar Associations and the Illinois Association of Healthcare Attorneys.
