Eric R. Fish
Eric Fish is a litigator with extensive experience representing corporate clients in a variety of litigation matters. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on product liability, toxic tort and business litigation. Eric has assisted in serving as both national coordinating counsel and local counsel in the substantive areas of pharmaceutical and medical device liability, chemical and environmental exposure, premises liability, general product liability, commercial litigation and employment. He has successfully represented a wide range of clients in an array of litigation contexts, including multiple pharmaceutical manufacturers, a national chain of home improvement stores, a multinational petrochemical company, manufacturers and suppliers of power generating equipment, a multinational bank, automobile and bus manufacturers and hair care manufacturers.
While in law school, Eric became a member of the Order of the Coif and served as Articles Editor of the Public Contract Law Journal at the George Washington University Law School. He also won an award for Best Brief at the Jerome Prince Invitational Moot Court Competition held at Brooklyn Law School in April 1998. While in college, Eric was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and was the recipient of the James Vance Elliott Political Science Prize at Tufts University.
