Erik Raven-Hansen handles a variety of litigation matters, with a focus on antitrust litigation, international litigation and government contracts litigation. Mr. Raven-Hansen represents clients in procurement matters concerning contract award controversies with the Department of Homeland Security, the Corps of Engineers and Department of Health and Human Services, including bid protests before the Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Government Accountability Office.
During the summer of 2006, Mr. Raven-Hansen served as a judicial intern in the chambers of Judge George W. Miller of the United States Court of Federal Claims, working chiefly on government contracts claims. At the University of Virginia School of Law, Mr. Raven-Hansen was an Editorial Board Member for the Virginia Journal of International Law and participated in the Criminal Defense Clinic, where he provided pro bono criminal defense services.
