Erin Bolan Hines concentrates her practice on a wide variety of complex business litigation matters, including contract and lease disputes, noncompetition agreements, trade secrets, business torts, product liability, construction and insurance coverage. She also provides counsel to clients in the area of employment law and employment-related matters. Ms. Hines’ clients include large and small corporations, private equity firms, financial advisory firms, public entities and high-net-worth individuals in matters of complex commercial and employment litigation and dispute resolution.
Notable Engagements
Ms. Hines has had an active pro bono practice, including representation of clients seeking asylum status under the Violence Against Women Act. She is active in women’s issues and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Chicago Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law. Ms. Hines also frequently speaks on attorney rules of professional conduct.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler in 2009, Ms. Hines was a member of the litigation group at a major international law firm. Ms. Hines also practiced law at well-known complex litigation boutiques and a large Chicago law firm.
