Erin Murdock-Park focuses her practice on antitrust and employment class actions. Her experience includes defending clients in a multidistrict antitrust class action and a False Claims Act investigation by the Department of Justice, and assisting in pre-trial discovery matters in large-scale employee wage and hour claim class action. Erin has acted as second chair in a civil trial pertaining to a trade secrets and breach of duty of loyalty dispute and is a member of the BakerHostetler legal team serving as court-appointed counsel to the Securities Investor Protection Act Trustee for the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC. She is well-versed in pre-trial and discovery matters and has been involved with all aspects of pre-trial procedure, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, briefing motions to dismiss and representing her client in numerous depositions. Erin is a regular contributor to BakerHostetler’s Antitrust Advocate blog where she provides informative commentary on the latest developments in the antitrust litigation sector.
Erin’s prior experience includes an internship with the Honorable Frank R. Monroe in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Texas. She worked as a logistics rotational associate for a FORTUNE 500 company for several years prior to attending law school.
