Erin K. Murdock-Park

Erin Murdock-Park focuses her practice on commercial and employment litigation. She has experience in a diverse range of matters, including considerable involvement with a multidistrict antitrust class action and a large-scale employee wage and hour claim class action. She has worked as counsel for the Trustee in the matter of Securities Investor Protection Corp. v. Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC, particularly by aiding the trustee in his investigation and recovery of assets. Ms. Murdock-Park has acted as second chair in a civil trial pertaining to a trade secrets and breach of duty of loyalty dispute.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Murdock-Park worked as a logistics rotational associate for a FORTUNE 500 manufacturing company. She worked in several states on a variety of projects, including material and inventory control, production management, scheduling and customer support. Ms. Murdock-Park is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

During law school, Ms. Murdock-Park published a note in the Texas International Law Journal titled, “The Result of Disparate Treatment of Third-Country Alien Employees in Multinational Enterprises: A Class Distinction,” 43 Tex. Int'l L. J. 325 (2008). Her Note won the Texas Labor and Employment Law award for best labor and employment article published by a Texas law journal. Ms. Murdock-Park interned for the Honorable Frank R. Monroe in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Texas, during the spring of 2007.

Ms. Murdock-Park is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. An active member of her community, Ms. Murdock-Park serves as a Board Member and Chair of the Marketing Committee for Joel’s Place for Children, an organization that provides grief support for children who have experienced the death of someone special in their lives.
