Ferve Ozturk focuses her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, financial restructuring and liquidations. She has significant experience with several complex liquidations and restructurings, including:
Prior to joining BakerHostetler, Ferve clerked for the Honorable Martin Glenn of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. In this role, Ferve helped administer high-profile retail-sector, tech-sector and auto-sector chapter 11 cases involving debtor-in-possession lenders, secured creditors, unsecured creditor and bondholder committees and administrative agents. Ferve also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Thomas J. McAvoy of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York while in law school.
