Geoffrey North concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has considerable experience in federal and state courts and in AAA and FINRA arbitration, representing a broad range of businesses and individuals in complex business and contract disputes, bankruptcy litigation and white collar criminal matters. Mr. North is currently one of the attorneys involved in the firm’s representation of the SIPC Trustee in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
While in law school, Mr. North was a Managing Articles Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal and a member of the Rutgers Law School Moot Court Board.
